Morgan Stevens brings 10 years of rich hospitality marketing experience to Maverick, including invaluable history opening our key assets on Chicago’s iconic Navy Pier. In her role, she delivers a powerhouse combination of creative and strategic brilliance, as well as a highly organized style that both enables short-term wins and establishes foundations for sustained success.
As Area Director of Marketing, Morgan supports Maverick’s diverse mix of properties. A collaborative approach to curating unique offerings and experiences with on-site leaders allows her team, in turn, to amplify our social media presences and public relations reach. As a steward of Maverick, Morgan further works to identify and nurture fitting brand partnerships that complement these efforts. Her experience with paid media is also key, enabling us to maximize and align our digital efforts with our on-site initiatives, interests, and needs.
Previously, Morgan served as Director of Marketing at Virgin Hotels Chicago, where she additionally provided task force marketing support to sister properties and collaborated on new marketing frameworks at an enterprise level. Prior to her time opening Sable Hotel at Navy Pier and Lirica Restaurant in 2021, Morgan spent several years managing a multi-property portfolio at Chicago-based First Hospitality Group. In 2019, she went on to launch one of FHG’s ground-breaking developments, Hilton’s first triplex at Chicago’s McCormick Place, where she started to gather beneficial on-property and opening experience. In the years since, Morgan has continued to cultivate a strong performance record and professional network that today bring incredible value to our team at Maverick Hotels & Restaurants.
