Admir is a highly accomplished food and beverage executive with over 15 years of experience in the luxury hotel and restaurant fields. Admir got his start in the industry at the prestigious American Club in Wisconsin, having gained experience in both the restaurant and room operations.
Most recently, Admir worked for Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants and was part of a team that led the expansion and openings of multiple concepts in Chicago and Las Vegas. Prior to that, he worked for Peninsula Hotels and led a team that received a Michelin Star at the Lobby Restaurant. He also was part of a team that launched the Waldorf Astoria in Park City, Utah and a restaurant that received the coveted 4-Diamond award.
